Announcing our 2008 Leadership Seminar - June 21-22, 2008 at North Park University for high school sophomores throughout Illinois. Registration June 21 7am - Closing Ceremony June 22 5:00pm

The Northern Illinois Leadership Seminar has provided quality, free leadership Seminars in Illinois since 1977. We are a 100% volunteer organization with 501(c)3 nonprofit status. Our program allows students to interact with leaders in industry, government, the arts, education and other occupations. Individuals discover their own perspective and "right answers" at the Northern Illinois Leadership Seminar.

We focus on future leadership and leadership in the community today. Each student is challenged to provide 100 hours of service in the community after attending our seminar. They are given the tools and the opportunity to take what they have learned back to their own schools and communities and be more positive role models for their peers.
