Making a Donation

Northern Illinois Leadership Seminar is a 100% Volunteer, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to developing leadership characteristics in high school sophomores.

During the seminar experience, many dynamic leaders - all volunteers from the fields of business, government, and the professions - will address numerous aspects of our changing world and the challenges future leaders will confront. The program will not promote any specific political party, business, religion, or way of thinking; but it is designed to develop an awareness of present and future issues by actively involving seminar participants in discussions and informal debate. Students have the opportunity to ask questions of the discussion leaders throughout the weekend, which leads to a fuller understanding of topics presented. The program includes outstanding speakers, entertainment, and a special closing ceremony to which your parents are invited.

Students are also asked to become part of NILS's commitment to "Leadership for Service." By undertaking a community service project(s) involving at least 100 hours, you'll have the opportunity to join 3,000 other NILS Leaders in making a difference in your school, community, place of worship, or other "environment" in which you see a need.

Producing a weekend long seminar for over 200 high school students cannot be achieved without your support. Below are donation forms for our cooperating organizations, individual donors, corporate donors and banks affected by the Community Reinvestment Act.
